Our Company

TES Broadcasting is a division of Trellium Corporation Limited, which has been in business since 1992. The Company has developed its technology for streaming of live and/or recored video and audio over the internet. This technology requires almost no bandwidth for the viewer to watch movies and/or live events in excellant quality at a screen resolution of 1080p (1920 x 1080). Currently this technology can be used with various browsers (Interet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Opera). The Company expects to introduce an application which will work directly from your desktop, laptop, cell phone and bluray player with BD Live by August 2014.


Objective

Our objective is to provide subscribers of our brand with excellant video and audio quality of our broadcast programs which may suppliment or replace their current television, cell phone or internet viewed programs or movies.


Operations

TES Broadcasting is organized around two principal activities:

1 • Live, Recorded and Broadcasted Entertainment, which consists of live internet and closed circuit events, recorded internet and closed recorded circuit programming, internet and closed circuit pay-per-view programming. Revenues consist principally of sale of broadcast and recorded video, sponsorships, domestic, commercial and international rights fees and per-per-view buys.

2 • Investment Relations, which consists of licensing of our technology, cross promotions with third parties, production of other media and sponsorships. Revenues include royalties, merchandise sales, domestic, commercial and international fees and direct sales.

In addition, we are working to expand the mainstream potential of the our brand in domestic, commercial and international markets, develop extension businesses off our brand, fully develop our internet programs as an entertainment and advertising platform, and develop new programming and sports entertainment brands that leverage our core competencies.
